Booking Terms.
Plain, transparent terms — written the way we would want them written for ourselves. The full contractual conditions are provided with every reservation.
Driver & charterer
- Minimum age 25 for grand tourers, 28 for supercars. Minimum two years' full licence.
- Valid passport and driving licence required at delivery.
- Additional drivers added on request; each is screened individually.
Reservations & deposit
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a refundable security deposit, payable by bank transfer or card.
- Deposits range from €5,000 to €50,000 depending on the vehicle. Released within 7 days of safe return.
- The full balance is settled at delivery.
Insurance & liability
- All vehicles include fully comprehensive premium insurance with a capped excess.
- Speeding tickets, parking fines and fuel are billed at cost to the client.
Delivery & return
- Complimentary delivery within Cannes, Antibes and Monaco. Other locations on quotation.
- Late returns are billed at 1.25× the standard daily rate.
Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before delivery. 50% retained between 13 and 7 days. 100% retained within 7 days.
